...Purchased as a restored rolling chassis completely in white and as the BMIHT indicates built new as an Ivory White exterior. Then took a few years to plan the restoration completion. Owner choose to finish restoration by having professionally applied DuPont Blue Chromabase to exterior panels. Owner also was able to find (through BMIHT info) and purchased the original engine (rebuilt) and had installed during the process. An inspection of this car shows the quality and attention to detail that went into this beauty. The test of time also shows the knowledge and quality that went into the restoration. The classic lines of the 3000’s are like no other. Current owner purchased car in approx. 2002 Planning out the remaining aspects of restoration process 2003-2005 Body and Paint performed by “Yesterdays Thunder” approx. 2006-2007 Original serial # Rebuilt Engine acquired and installed as well as other components of restoration completion.
